Window Tinting - Automotive and Flat Glass

There's only one place to call!

You may have already wondered about the advantages of window tinting yourself but weren’t too sure about its benefits apart from the obvious change in style.

Far from a simple esthetical enhancement, the process of applying window film surely delivers a few tricks up its sleeve. It can improve your driving experience in ways you’ve never thought of and we’ll go through them in this article.

Windows Tint

Window tinting provides a very cost-effective barrier against heat.
It does so by filtering and blocking out most of the sun in amounts that can go up to 60%.

Not only does this affect you and your loved ones directly with unwanted heat and UV exposure, but it will also deteriorate your car’s interior over time.
By ensuring this thick film is in place, you’re ensuring your car and yourself remain protected whilst maintaining a much more comfortable interior temperature.

When you realize that long haul drivers are subject to several skin conditions resulting from the direct action of the sun, this preventive measure gains further strength no matter the type of use you give to your vehicle.
With an ability to block out over 90% of UV rays, you are investing in your own health and that of the ones you drive around, buying you priceless peace of mind.

Step #1 – The tinting environment

Bring the car to be tinted into a dust- and wind-free space, usually a large interior bay of a building.

Step #2 – Prepping the windows

Clean the windows of the car to be tinted—inside and out—using a soap and water solution, sponge, and squeegee to remove all dirt and debris. Squeaky Clean!

Step #3 – Measuring & cutting

We use cutting edge software to get the perfect cut every time. No measuring the old school way, today we already have all the windows sizes and get the tinting process done quicker!

Step #4 – Installation

Once the film has been cut down to the correct size and shape, spray a soap and water solution onto the window as well as the film itself. Then remove the film’s release liner and apply the film to the interior of the window. Use a squeegee to remove any excess solution that may be under the film and activate the adhesive that secures the film to the window.

Step #5 – Final Inspection

We take a final look at our work, examining the window from both the inside and the outside to spot any imperfections that need to be fixed. Once the tint job is complete, do NOT roll down the vehicle’s windows for three days. Depending on weather conditions and the film type, it can take up to three weeks for the film to fully dry and cure.
