What we print for Lloyd
Heavy oil patch crew apparel is the biggest category. Branded service tees for steam crews, shop hoodies, project shirts for installations and turnarounds. We've also done minor hockey runs (Lloydminster Bobcats and Heat AAA fans), Stampede crew shirts, and a handful of rodeo committee orders. A couple of restaurants downtown order staff tees from us each year.
For oilfield service shops with multi-province operations, we can split a print run by sizes and ship to two addresses. Tell us how the split should work in the order notes and we'll handle the logistics.
How shipping to Lloyd actually works
Camrose to Lloydminster goes through the same Canada Post sortation as most central Alberta routes. Expedited tracks closely to next-business-day for AB-side Lloyd postal codes (T9V) and 1 to 2 days for SK-side (S9V).
- Under 4 kg per parcel. We ship in poly mailers to keep the cost down.
- Over 4 kg. We split the order or move it to Loomis ground.
- Tracking links go out by email when your label is created.
- If a delivery scan stalls, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
Bulk and crew orders
Crew orders of 25 to 100 are our sweet spot. Pricing tiers step down at 12, 24, 50 and 100 pieces. For oilfield orders that repeat every season, we keep your design on file and skip the proof step on reorders if nothing has changed.
We can also pre-print a small standing inventory for a regular customer (say, 10 mediums and 10 larges of your shop tee) that ships out the same day someone on your crew calls in.
What kind of tee survives oilfield work?
For shop wear we recommend a heavier 6-oz cotton like Gildan 5000 or a polyblend like Gildan DryBlend 8000. They take a beating and the prints hold up to industrial laundering better than light-weight ringspun blanks.
