Every order we ship is custom printed for you. That means most items can't be restocked or resold, so our return rules are different from off-the-shelf retail. We stand behind the quality of our work and we'll make it right whenever a printing or shipping problem is on us.
Custom prints are final sale
Because each garment is produced to your design, size, and colour selections, we don't accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, sizing regret, or design preference after production has begun. Please review your proof, sizing chart, and order summary carefully before checking out.
Print defects, wrong items, or shipping damage
We will reprint, replace, or refund any item that arrives with one of the following issues:
- A printing defect (cracking, peeling, missing colour, off-register print) present on delivery.
- The wrong product, size, or colour compared with what is on your order confirmation.
- Damage that occurred in transit.
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. For shipping damage, please report it within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.
What we will not refund
- Items washed, worn, altered, or laundered against the care instructions provided.
- Sizing issues when the size ordered matches the size shipped (please use the size chart on each product page).
- Colour variations between your screen and the printed garment, within normal print tolerances.
- Customer-supplied artwork that prints with quality issues caused by low resolution, low contrast, or unsupported file formats. We will flag obvious problems before printing whenever we spot them.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate edits if production has not started. Once your order has entered production, materials and press time have been committed and we can no longer cancel or modify it.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you paid via Interac e-Transfer or another method, we will arrange the refund the same way.
Local pickup orders
If you selected free local pickup in Camrose, please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Issues identified at pickup are resolved on the spot whenever possible.
